Impact Highlights

By the numbers

As our programs have expanded, so has our capacity to track their impact. With the help of expanded teams and systems starting in 2017, here’s a glimpse into how we’ve been shaping Canada’s entrepreneurial ecosystem over the last decade.

These numbers have largely been driven by the expansion of our Internship and Intrapreneurship programs in the last five years. Building off a solid foundation, these programs have scaled to meet the rising demand and rapidly changing job market.

EDI Metrics

In 2022-2023, we saw increased representation from diverse communities across Canada.

Notably, 77% of our participants identified as visible minorities, alongside growth in groups including women in STEM, francophone communities, persons with disabilities, and the LGBTQQIP2SAA+ community.

These metrics signal a promising future where our entrepreneurial ecosystem more accurately mirrors the rich tapestry of Canadian society.

Program Design + Reach

Over the past decade, we've expanded entrepreneurship access with flexible program designs that cater to diverse commitments and regions.

Our outreach efforts now extend beyond traditional business disciplines, including computer science, data analytics, and the arts & humanities. A key focus has been providing early entrepreneurship exposure for first-year undergraduates, who constituted 15% of our total participants in 2023.
