Building Events
Events at VFC now take many forms: wholly in-person, virtually via videoconferencing, and hybrid, with remote speakers sharing knowledge with in-person program participants. Since 2022, our areas of impact for events have greatly expanded, in part due to lessening pandemic restrictions and partially due to a renewed focus on the range of services our events team can offer.
Technology has also supported the evolution of our events, particularly hybrid ones. Zoom fatigue is real, and our partnership with RingCentral Events has provided an interactive experience that offer attendees engagement opportunities before, after, and during events like Training Camp, our annual Alumni Summit, and our All Things People Conference.

All Things People Conference 2023
All Things People, delivered virtually in early 2022 and hybrid in early 2023, was our annual conference that sought to answer the question: as the nature of work continues to change, how do we keep the workplace human?
